Great Grandma Roni

We call my Grandma "GG". GG stands for Great Grandma. Sometimes we call her Grandma GG, or Great Grandma GG (that technically would make her really old). :) She came to visit us for a weekend in Ocotober and we had a great time. She loved to hold and snuggle Pearce. I had to take a picture of it. I love this lady. I am sad we dont get to spend more time with her. She has always been there for me growing up and I miss hanging out with her.

Fridge

If you look in our fridge, you will find six different kinds of milk. Cows milk for Olivia and Scott, rice and almond for Adelyn, and the coconut, soy, almond for me (depending on what I am eating). I find this humorous.

1K

Adelyn wanted to sign up for a fun run at school. She wanted to do a run with Scott. They signed up for a 1K. It was pouring rain that morning but they had fun anyways. Adelyn ran hard and Scott said he had a hard time keeping up. They came in third (but everyone received a first place ribbon).

First Food

Pearce started solids and loves it! I also love having a little helper (the girls love to feed Pearce).

Pearce- 4.5 months

Love this boy! He definitely has been my most difficult baby. We think he is sensitive to foods so I have cut milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish and chocolate out of my diet. It has helped quite a bit. His reflux got better and he is less fussy. However, he is still not a very smiley baby. When I do eat the noted foods he breaks out in a rash, diaper rash, occasional mucus in stool, and screams for about 24-48 hours. It is very difficult because there is no way to console him. We will get him tested for allergies in October, but until then I have to be careful what I eat. Even with digestive issues/colic, we love Pearce more than we thought possible. The girls want to hug and kiss him all the time. I couldn't imagine our family without him.

First Day of Preschool

Olivia had her first day of preschool. She is attending at Ms. Ambers Academy in Woods Cross. It is the same preschool that Adelyn went to a couple of years ago. Olivia was a little nervous but also excited. She is ready to branch out. She is only gone a couple of hours twice a week, but we still miss her.
