Olivia and Soccer

Olivia started soccer this year. So far she has enjoyed it, and it is fun to watch her play.

First Days of School

The first day of school came and Adelyn was sick! Olivia went and did very well by herself. Olivia started first grade at Jeffereson Academy, and Adelyn started fourth grade. Adelyn was feeling better by the second day of school and was able to go. Two weeks into school, the girls got accepted into another charter school (Ascent Academies) and we switched schools. We are hoping that Ascent will be a better fit for our family.

Adelyn turns 9!

I can't believe how old Adelyn is getting. We sure love her and think that she is growing up to be a wonderful young woman. For her birthday, she had a friend party at the park with pizza, cake, and Popsicles. She also got to celebrate with family and cousins. They dipped frozen bananas in chocolate and toppings and played outside. This year Adelyn received roller blades as a gift (something she has been asking for) and really enjoyed trying them out.  Happy Birthday sweet girl!
