End of Year Re-cap

During the year I wrote down good things that happened and put it in a jar. On New Years Eve, we open the jar and read the slips of paper. It is a good reminder of all the great things that happened that year.
In 2018:
1/7- Pearce went into sunbeams.
1/13- Olivia got her ears pierced.
1/15- Olivia lost a tooth.
1/25- Adelyn got 8th place (out of 36) in the pinewood derby.
2/7- Sarah turned 35.
2/9- Sarah and Scott spent a night at the Grand America.
2/16-Adelyn got to go skiing with dad.
2/19-Adelyn babysat for the first time.
3/3- Olivia got to have her 8th birthday party at the Lion House with friends.
3/4- Adelyn graduated out of a booster seat.
3/4- Olivia turned 8!
3/6- Scott got a raise!
3/17- Olivia got to have lunch with the Farmington Mayor.
3/20- Scott got to travel to Italy for work.
4/6- Pearce turned 4!
4/11- Adelyn got to have lunch with the mayor.
5/15- Pearce got his tonsils out.
5/17- Olivia and Adelyn had an amazin piano recital.
5/20- Adelyn sang in sacrament meeting.
6/2- Adelyn tried out for AYSO Extra and made it on the team.
6/9- Adelyn and Sarah did the Dirty Dash.
6/14-Adelyn and Olivia finished their swim lessons and passed.
6/22- Sarah survived girls camp.
7/4- Celebrated the 4th of July at the Folk's.
7/6- Camping at Deep Creek with the Folk's.
7/21-28- Spent the week in Park city (swimming, bike riding, playing games, rode the Heber Train, ski lifts, gondola, and shopping).
8/3- The girls got to go backpacking in the Unitas with Scott and friends from the ward.
8/6-Scott received the Presidents Award at work.
8/13- Adelyn turned 11!
8/18- Played night games with the neighborhood kids until it rained.
8/29- Adelyn and Olivia lost a tooth on the same day.
9/5- Pearce started preschool.
9/7- Got to go to Lagoon. Adelyn rode cannibal, Olivia rode Collossus and Pearce rode lots of kiddie rides.
9/13- Olivia performed "We Are Amazing" at school.
10/10- All kids had amazing reports at their parent teacher conferences.
10/14- Alyssa, Jake and Myra moved back to UT.
10/22- Went to the pumpkin patch to pick out our favorite pumpkins.
10/24- Went to the Planetarium and the Pie Pizzeria.
10/26- Adelyn learned to mow the lawn.
10/27- Spent the weekend at the cabin and rode quads, side by sides, golf cart up the mountain and saw snow.
10/28- Sarah got called as the Primary 1st Counselor.
10/31- Halloween! Adelyn dressed up as a football player, Olivia as a witch, and Pearce as a police officer. Went trick-or-treating around the neighborhood and got tons of candy.
11/9- Scott got a bonus!
11/17- Got to go to the Hot Springs.
11/20- Scott and Sarah got to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra in concert.
11/22- Thanksgiving with the Folk's, Lindsrtoms, Gilmore, Campbells and GG.
11/24- first snow of the season.
12/14- A family did "12 days of christmas"  to us.
12/18-Adelyn graduated DARE.
12/21- Sarah did PRK (lasik).
12/24-25- Christmas Eve with the Folks, and Christmas day with the Moss'.

Bath

Because sometimes you just want to take a blue bath (and maybe come out looking like a smurf). Haha.
