Christmas Concert
Adelyn had her second grade Christmas concert. It was fun watching her sing and dance. She ended up on the end of the bleachers, with barely enough room to stand. While the kids were dancing she would almost fall off and she would grab the kid next to her. He didn't like that at all and kept trying to get her to let go of him. I could see the frustration in Adelyns face and felt bad for her. She wanted to cry. Despite her bad placement, she did an amazing job and we are very proud of her.

Playing in the leaves
It's that time of year again. Time to clean up the leaves. It cant be done without some fun though. Add in a friend and you've got a party! Morgan Ashton is currently Olivia's best friend. They are awesome buddies. We love the Ashton family.
Temple Square Lights
We decided to brave the crowds and go see the Temple Square lights. It ended up being way too crowded for us and we didn't stay long. December this year has been nice and warm, and it was nice to see a few lights. This is our only picture.

Thanksgiving Week
We were lucky enough to have visitors come for the week of Thanksgiving! Lindsay and her family stayed with us for a week and we loved it! We went to the Childrens Museum, the kids rode around the block pulled by Devin's scooter, made candycanes, celebrated Thanksgiving with tons of food and decorated the Christmas tree. It is always fun to have company and we were sad when they had to head back to Arizona. We are hoping Devin gets into Dental school in Utah next year.

First Tooth
Pearce got his first tooth! He is seven months old and is still quite a fussy baby. He likes to move around a lot and doesn't like to be dressed. He is slow to smile and laugh, and he loves his mama. We sure love this little guy!

Lost Tooth
Adelyn lost her first tooth! It was pretty loose and Scott said he could pull it out for her. Adelyn was hesitant at first, but then decided that she wanted it out. It took a couple of minutes to get a good grip on the tooth, but Scott pulled it out and Adelyn jumped for joy! She was so excited. She is the only kid in her second grade class that has not lost a tooth yet. It is pretty typical of Adelyn to think about how badly she wants something and then go for it. She decided that she wanted the tooth out and wasn't afraid of if it would hurt.
