Second Grade

School started. Second Grade. Seriously? How does time go so fast? Adelyn still is attending Legacy Preparatory Academy and loves it. Her teacher is Mrs. Stephensen and she has a few friends in her class. Adelyn loves school and is very excited to have something to do everyday. She definitely is a social girl and loves to be busy.

Ward Campout

A few pictures from the ward campout. Besides enjoying smores and sleeping in a tent, the girls had fun on the slip'n'slide and playing in the creek.

Fingers

Pearce likes to suck his fingers. He refuses to take a binkie or a bottle. He's a cutie! :)

Adelyn turns 7!

Adelyn turned 7! I cant believe how big she is getting. For her birthday she invited a few friends over for cupcakes and then we went to Kangaroo Zoo to play on the inflatable toys. We also celebrated with extended family. She is a very fun, loving, sweet, smart, beautiful girl! I cant imagine life without her sweet smile. We love her so much!

Trip to Washington

In August we packed up the car and headed to Washington for a week. The kids did pretty well on the drive up there. We stopped about half way and stayed at a hotel on the way up and on the way back. While in Washington we enjoyed relaxing, riding horses, picking berries, playing in the creek, and having a great time with family. We even enjoyed playing on a homemade slip'n'slide down a hill. We had a ton of fun! Nana, Poppi, Lindsay and family, Kayla and family, and great grandma Roni spent the week with us. One day we took a trip up to Seattle, rode a ferry, shopped at Pikes Place and then headed up to Alyssa and Jakes to visit. We had a great time and always look forward to our visits.

Dinosaur Park

Nana and Poppi Folk were here for a weekend in July. We got together with Katie, Alex and kids and went to the Dinosaur Park. The kids had fun looking at dinosaurs, playing on the toys, feeding ducks and digging for fossils in the sand. It was fun to spend time with family.
