Adelyn Turns Five!

Adelyn turned 5! Wahoo! We celebrated with the Moss family when we got back from Washington.

Adelyn also celebrated her birthday with friends. This was her first friend birthday party, and it was fun. The kids played outside in the sprinklers and slip'n'slide.

 

Happy birthday kiddo. We sure love you!

Washington Trip

In August the girls and I took a trip to Washington to visit family. We all had a blast! We spent lots of time outside riding horses, swimming, playing on the slip'n'slide, and much more. This trip was special since all the cousins were there at the same time! The girls loved it.

We celebrated Adelyn's birthday while we were there. Happy 5th b-day Addie!

Folk Family Pictures

Our trip to Washington was special this year because all my sisters and their kids were able to come at the same time. We had a lot of fun together. Since we rarely are all together, we had some family pictures taken. Here are some of my favorites.

Family Pictures

It has been a long time since we had family pictures taken, so we decided it was about time to get it done. It is nice to have recent pictures in the house. Here are some of my favorites.

Being Silly

On a warm day we often sit on the front porch and eat popsicles. The girls started acting silly so I took a few pictures with my ipod. I love these girls.

Adelyn wanted a turn taking pictures. I think she did a pretty good job.

Fourth of July

This year on the Fourth of July we did the typical: Kaysville parade and fireworks show with the Moss family. It is always fun to spend the day with family. The girls loved the collecting candy and waving to princesses at the parade. They also loved watching the sky light up with fireworks and eating lots of snacks.

Swimming Lessons

Adelyn took swimming lessons this summer and loved every minute of it. Adelyn is very comfortable with the water and can even float by herself. She has been working very hard on her strokes and swimming without support. We are proud of her.
